Of course you can. Folks have been making turkey breast for centuries!
But the reason I like to use the air fryer is simple: I’ve never found a more foolproof way to make a juicy turkey breast. It’s perfect every time!
Other methods like roasting or cooking on the stove always turn out dry. Not to mention, the turkey gets drier every time you reheat it.
The only exception is the slow cooker, which is well known for making even tough cuts of meat fork-tender… so tender that they fall apart! So really, it’s great if you want shredded turkey, but not if you want a nice, whole turkey breast.
So if you don’t want to use the air fryer, then there are plenty of other ways to cook up your turkey. But you may need to hunt around for some inventive ways to keep the meat nice and juicy!

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees. While it heats up, mix the dry seasonings together.
Rub turkey breast in oil.
Season the turkey breast with the dry seasoning mixture, making sure to coat all sides. Once it’s well-coated, place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning often to avoid burning. Your cooking time will depend on the wattage of the air fryer, but you’ll know the turkey is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Set the turkey breast aside and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
