Pumpkin Spice Latte
I’m going to go out on a whim and say there is no such thing as pumpkin season. At least not for me. Pumpkin season is YEAR ROUND!
But as far as most other people are concerned, there is an actual season.
Yesterday I made this pumpkin spice latte, a pumpkin spice frappuccino and chocolate chip pumpkin pecan bars!
My house smelled like delicious pumpkin ALL DAY LONG. It was perfect!
I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but it seems like most people are. But what could be better than pumpkin coffee?
If I’m going to drink coffee, you can be certain it is either going to be a bulletproof coffee or something delicious like this pumpkin latte coffee!
I don’t like the taste of coffee unless it is masked with flavor and cream!
Maybe I’m weird….
Can a Pumpkin Latte Be Served Cold?
Hmmm…. I think they taste better HOT and they stay blended better too.
If you like iced lattes, you can certainly throw some ice in there and shake it up though.
Do I Have To Use Whipped Cream on My Pumpkin Spice Coffee?
Definitely not! I drink mine both WITH and WITHOUT! It all depends on your preference!
Are Starbucks Lattes Keto?
Not generally, no. Some people believe you can order it with almond milk instead of regular milk, but you ever know the brand that is used and whether it is unsweetened.
Heavy whipping cream is no guarantee either.
It is best to stay away from Starbucks Lattes in my opinion and just make your own!

How To Make a Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte
You are not going to believe how easy this is!
Mix all your ingredients into a large coffee mug.
Then, using your immersion blender, mix it up!
If you don’t have an immersion blender, you can also add everything to a food processor or blender and mix it up.
Mixing it by hand doesn’t always get the ingredients combined well, so it is best to use a tool or blender.
Add keto whipped cream if you want and then sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and/or cinnamon!
