Almond Butter Keto Collagen Shake
I don't know about you - but I am just not hungry for 3 meals a day when I'm eating Keto and practicing Intermittent Fasting.
A usual day for me looks like this:
Wake up at 5 am and take 1/2 scoop of my keto approved pre-workout.
Collagen Shake around 9 am
"Breakfast" around 2 pm
Dinner at 5 pm
Bedtime around 9 pm (yeah, I know....) I go to bed before 4 of my 5 kids!
I'm just not hungry in the morning yet my body feels better when I put *something* in it by around 9 am.

I use Perfect Keto Collagen Protein in my shakes. First of all, it was made BY keto scientists and doctors FOR keto folks. It has MCT in it and is less than 1g of carbohydrate. I use this in my baking, not just in my shake!

Almond Butter Collagen Shake
Keto Almond Butter & Collagen Protein Shake
- 8-10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ice cube
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto Flavored Collagen Powder (Chocolate, Vanilla and Salted Caramel are all amazing)
- Mix all ingredients into a blender (I use a Ninja) and blend until well mixed.
- Enjoy cold!
