Keto Collagen Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
This Keto Collagen Pumpkin Spice Smoothie needs NO introduction, so I’ll keep this short!
Here is it, the beginning of September, fall is coming and all I can think about is PUMPKIN.
Today I am making pumpkin bread (in the oven) and while I wait, I made this Keto Collagen Pumpkin Spice Smoothie.
So much YUMMMM I can hardly stand it.
Benefits of Collagen
Did you know that collagen is basically what holds your body together? Cool, right?
Some cool benefits of collagen are [1]:
- Ease the pain in achy joints
- Might reverse aging skin (yes, please)!
- Helps burn fat and build muscle (yes again please)!
- Just might reduce cellulite
- Might improve digestive health
I don’t know about you, but those sound pretty good to me!
Other benefits of collagen protein are awesome skin, hair and nails. That is the main reason why I take it.
Between keto being dehydrating and Hashimoto’s messing with my hair – I need all the collagen I can get!
Kitchen Essentials
You are in luck! All you’ll need some sort of blender. I use a Ninja Blender. It is definitely worth EVERY penny.
I use it EVERY DAY for smoothies, baking, chopping and so much more!
