Cookies and Cream Shakeology Smoothie Ingredients and Tools

What you will need:

Cookies and Cream Shakeology – This is the base of this delicious Shakeology smoothie. If you are not familiar with Shakeology, then I suggest reading What is Shakeology. And if you are keto/low carb, I suggest reading Is Shakeology Keto Friendly. As a keto person myself, I can honestly say that Shakeology has turned my health and gut around. Well worth it!

Macadamia Coconut Nut – You can choose whatever nut butter you want, this Macadamia Coconut Butter from Perfect Keto is the perfect complement to Cookies and Cream Shakeology.

Heavy Whipping Cream

Ice

High Speed Blender – I use my Ninja and it works perfectly every time! I use this every day so I wanted one that would be powerful and last. But, I also have a Magic Bullet that is my backup (I take it on vacations) and works well too. Way cheaper as well.

Cookies and Cream Shakeology Topping Ideas

I like to top mine with homemade whipped cream. You can use the store bought kind too if you want, but I like to skip the sugar and carbs and make my own. Super easy to make and WAY healthier.

I also crumbled up some Cookies and Cream Shakeology Cookie Balls and that made it fun. Totally optional, I just happen to have some sitting in my fridge as a snack.

And then, of course, you can drizzle anything from chocolate to caramel to even some oil from your nut butter!

Can Shakekology Be Used as a Snack?

Of course it can! In fact, in the rebrand from Beachbody to BODi, one of their big new platforms is using Shakeology for desserts instead of just for a shake every day. So use it as a meal replacement, a snack, a dessert, you name it!

How Many Calories Are in a Cookies and Cream Shakeology Smoothie?

There are approximately 282 calories in each serving (2 total servings). You can make it 1 serving if you want and treat it like a sweet meal replacement. Totally up to you! I find that I get a bit too full if I try to drink this all in one, especially with the extra heavy whipping cream and toppings.
