Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave safe bowl, add the cream cheese and 1 ½ cups of mozzarella. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir, and repeat until melted and well combined.

In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, baking powder and Italian seasoning and mix well.

Press the dough into a rectangle about ¼ – ½ inch thick on the baking sheet. TIP: if you wet your hands, it will be easier.
