Keto Cheesy Breadsticks with Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add the cream cheese and 1 ½ cups of mozzarella.
  • Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir, and repeat until melted and well combined.
  • In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, baking powder and Italian seasoning and mix well.
  • Press the dough into a rectangle about ¼ - ½ inch thick on the baking sheet. TIP: if you wet your hands, it will be easier.
  • Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Slice and serve with parsley garnish.
