Keto lunches can be difficult. At least they are for me. I am a creature of habit for breakfast and dinners can be simply a meat and veggie. But when it comes to lunch, I am at a loss sometimes. Half the time I end up just snacking.

So I set out to create a quick and easy keto lunch recipe that I could easily just whip up. Enter – Greek Keto Lettuce Wraps.

I like to make the dressing ahead of time, then put each of the ingredients into their own container and then I bring everything out at lunch time, assemble, and BOOM.

What Kind of Lettuce Can You Use For Keto Lettuce Wraps?

You can use any lettuce you want as long as it has large, leafy leaves. Romaine leaves are the usual choice for lettuce wraps.

Iceberg and Butter Lettuce are also great options to choose from.

Different Meats to Use

I like to switch up the meats that I use in my lettuce wraps. I usually use cooked chicken breasts for my wraps. I either boil it or bake it and then use it throughout the week for various things.

Sometimes I will buy a Rotisserie chicken, pull all the meat off, and use it for wraps. I’ve also used beef and pork as well. Anything works!
