Wraps
- 4 Large outer romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 small cucumber chopped
- 2 tablespoons sliced green olives
- 1 ounce feta cheese
- 4 ounces cooked chicken breast
Lay out all four of the large outer Romaine lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
Separate the chicken, feta cheese, tomatoes, olives and cucumber between the four lettuce leaves.
In a jar or bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the dressing, and shake or whisk to combine well.
Pour the dressing over the prepared Greek salad lettuce wraps and serve.
