What could be better than keto pecan pie? Keto Pecan Pie BARS. This recipe delivers that wonderful pecan pie treat in easy to eat bars.
Keto Pecan Pie Bars
Who doesn’t love pecan pie? Chances are if you are here, you can’t think of anyone either.
While I do love pies, I prefer bars for many reasons. They are easier to eat and easier to pack for an on the go kind of snack.
These keto pecan pie bars have all the best qualities of a pie with all the perks of a bar.
These are also great to bring to a party where nobody will know that these are keto!
Now, if you REALLY want these in pie form, you can check out my favorite keto pecan pie recipe.
How to Make Keto Pecan Pie Bars
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
Add almond flour, powdered sweetener, butter and sea salt to a food processor and pulse several times until combined.
Add mixture to baking dish and press down evenly. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Pecan Layer
Meanwhile, add butter and granular sweetener to a medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil and allow to brown without stirring until it reaches a deep caramel color, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and golden monkfruit.
Add pecans to the crust in an even layer. Pour sauce over the pecans evenly.
Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until the sauce bubbles.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
Are Pecans Keto Friendly?
Pecans are a great addition to a healthy keto diet. They are actually one of my favorite snacks to munch on.
One full cup of pecans (which is way more than we would eat for a snack) is only 4 net carbs. Crazy low and perfect for a healthy snack.
This entire keto pecan pie bars recipe uses 3 cups of pecans for 12 servings which equates to about 1/4 cup per bar.

Keto Pecan Pie Bar Flavors
Well, pecans of course. That is the main flavor for these delicious bars.
But what sets these bars apart from other pecan bars is the golden monkfruit.
The golden monkfruit is different from regular white monkfruit in that it has this hint of maple. This really brings out the pecan flavor and blends it into a pie!
How to Store Pecan Bars
These pecan bars are incredibly easy to store! Just stick them in an airtight container and store them nicely in the fridge.
How Long Will These Low Carb Pecan Pie Carbs Last
If stored properly, these lovely bars will last for up to a week. It is usually safer to stick with 3-4 days, but they kept good for me for a week. Always use your best judgment!
