When you’re looking for a little holiday cheer, this winter Keto martini is sure to do the trick! Vodka and rich vanilla flavor come together for a festive, boozy treat that will make your season merry and bright.

Winter Keto Martini
There are so many dishes I look forward to making during the holiday season. Whether it’s a sweet and savory baked brie to share with friends or keto sugar cookies to decorate with the kids, we never seem to run out of delicious options!
But sometimes, I like to make a little something just for me. A nice, festive beverage that I can sip after a long day of decorating, gift shopping, entertaining relatives… or just because.
Enter the winter Keto martini.
It’s basically a rich and creamy vanilla milkshake blended with vodka to make the perfect adult beverage. And yes, it’s exactly as delicious as it sounds!
For a little boost of festivity, I like to wet the rims of the martini glasses and dip them into low-carb granulated sweetener. It looks like little snow flakes on the glasses! C’mon, how winter wonderland is that?
I usually top mine off with a few sprigs of peppermint for that extra holiday feeling. This part is optional, but I think it adds a nice touch.
And the best part is that you don’t even need to make your own ice cream. Instead, just pick up a pint of Rebel ice cream, toss it in the blender, and you’ll be enjoying your winter Keto martini in no time at all!

Is Rebel Ice Cream Keto Friendly?
If you haven’t tried Rebel ice cream yet, then my friend, you are in for a treat (pun intended)!
Of all the Keto ice creams I’ve tried, homemade or store bought, Rebel has to be one of my favorites. Their pints are creamy, delicious, and basically exactly what you expect from ice cream.
Except they’re Keto friendly and have zero added sugar.
The carb count varies depending on the flavor, but all of them are very reasonable. For example, the vanilla we use in this recipe only has 4 grams of net carbs per pint.
Not per serving. Per pint. Talk about guilt-free indulgence!
You can find Rebel at Walmart, Target, Kroger (and Kroger-owned stores), Publix, and H-E-B. If none of those are near you, you can also order online. If you order a case, shipping is only $3, so stock your freezer and enjoy vanilla Keto martinis all winter long!

How Many Carbs In An Ice Cream Martini
Most dessert martinis are made with rich liqueurs, syrups, and regular ice cream.
In other words, they are a total sugar bomb. Not to mention, that’s a hangover waiting to happen!
This vanilla Keto martini, on the other hand, only has about 2 net carbs per serving. And there’s zero grams of sugar, which means you’re way less likely to feel it in the morning.
So put on your coziest socks, prop your feet up next to the fire, and enjoy your ice cream martini guilt-free. You deserve it!

Other Flavors For Your Winter Keto Martini
Want to have some fun with your low carb winter martini? Try mixing it up with different flavors of Rebel ice cream!
Of course, chocolate would be classic. But cherry chip or black raspberry could add a fun, fruity twist as well… maybe with a drizzle of ChocZero chocolate syrup on top to bring it all together!
If you ask me, it’s hard to go wrong with a boozy milkshake martini.
How To Make A Winter Keto Martini
