How to Make Keto Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, sesame oil and ginger paste to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, and remove to cool.
Pour ⅔ of the marinade over the chicken in a large bowl, and marinate for up to 4 hours.
Slide the chicken onto the wooden skewers.
Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill, and grill the skewers until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
Baste the chicken with the remaining marinade about halfway through the cooking time.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
