  • 1 ½ lbs. Boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 6 Wooden skewers
  • ⅓ cup gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup low carb brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
