Keto Coleslaw
Coleslaw is such a summer stable in our house. There are so many different variants and flavors out there and I have to say I am a bit picky.
This keto coleslaw uses plain Greek yogurt and mayonnaise as a base and those two together bring about the most amazing, creamy, tangy, homemade coleslaw out there! I always prefer homemade coleslaw to the versions made in most stores. I think its because I am picky about the ingredients.
Perfect to eat at home, enjoy at a BBQ or even take to a party! And when it only takes 15 minutes tops to make, this will be your most favorite dish to pass at the neighborhood BBQ.

Is Greek Yogurt Keto Friendly?
It sure is. While it does have carbs, it is definitely lower carb than most yogurts. This recipe calls for 1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt and it is 6 servings. So, each serving contains a very tiny amount. Greek Yogurt is great for taste as well as consistency. Definitly not something you want to skip!

Can I Make My Own Salad Mix?
You can definitely cut up your own cabbage. Get lots of different colors and simply cut or shred. Take a small carrot and add in some shredded carrot as well. While carrots are higher in carbs, one carrot will not make a big difference at all. Maybe even half a carrot. Carrots have SO many health benefits that even getting a tiny amount is beautiful for your body.

How Many Carbs Are in Keto Coleslaw?
Another beautiful thing about this keto coleslaw recipe is that it is only 2g net carbs. So close to 0, but not quite! But at 2g net carbs, it is a perfect side dish that you can enjoy guilt free with any meal.

What to Eat With Coleslaw
What NOT to eat with coleslaw? My favorite time of the year to eat coleslaw is most definitely in the summer, whereas my hubby likes to eat it year round.
Have you ever tried Keto Cheeseburger Kebabs? If not, those are probably the most perfect pairing for this keto coleslaw. Or even these keto BBQ ribs. YUM!
Basically, anything you throw on the grill would be absolutely divine with this coleslaw. It also can take the place of salads at most dinners!

How to Store Keto Coleslaw
Keto Coleslaw definitely needs to be stored in the refrigerator. Place leftovers in an airtight container as quickly as possible to keep it cold.
If it stays on the counter for too long, it may spoil. Bottom line: keep it cold!
How to Make Keto Coleslaw
Place the coleslaw mix in a large mixing bowl. Then simply add in the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
