One Minute Keto Guacamole
I love good keto guacamole! ESPECIALLY a super simple one that doesn’t need 9 million ingredients.
I like ones that don’t contain any juice either. know that lemon or lime juice is common in guacamole, but not for me!
We can also make guacamole with just plain avocados, but sometimes it is fun to dress it up a little. Especially when you use my secret ingredient.
Ok, so not so secret. But I like to put a smidgen of sour cream in there and BOOM!
Guacamole is one of those things that you can eat with anything. Truly, anything.
I mean, would you have thought that avocados are found in great keto chocolate mousse recipes?
I bet not before you went keto! Dip it, slap a dollop on, smear it on….
Flavors
Lemon Pepper – Lemon pepper is like the goto seasoning for just about anything. Am I right? It makes the flavor simply POP!
Red Pepper Flakes – I like using just at ouch of red pepper flakes to give it some heat. You don’t want to overdo it, just a small amount goes a long way!
Sour Cream – Lastly, sour cream gives it a bit of a tang. Is that even a word? A form of tangy perhaps? Well, either way, you know what I mean!
What to eat with guacamole
Um, anything!! I use guacamole with keto chips and salsa. I also like to use guacamole on my Burrito Bowls and Sausage and Egg Breakfast Bake.
Dips are just FUN! I mean, just look at this BLT dip recipe – YUM! How about a dollop of guacamole on top of THAT?
