No Bake Graham Cracker and Toasted Pecan Pie Crust
I set out to make a keto key lime pie for my monthly membership folks, and I really wanted a no bake crust.
I knew that I could use my regular keto graham cracker pie crust, but I wanted to add a little flare to it. So I decided to crush up some pecans and toast them (of course)! You are already toasting the almond flour, so you might as well toast the pecans as well!
It added to perfect amount of flavor that I was looking for and works really well with the toasted almond flour.
This is a no bake crust, of course, but you most certainly CAN bake it if you want. I would suggest 350 for 8-10 minutes and that should do it! But you don’t have to as it will solidify just perfectly without baking.
