Spicy Keto Zoodles

First of all – if you don’t know about all the amazing benefits of turmeric (especially when combined with fat and black pepper) then check it out HERE first.  The combo of heat, fat, turmeric and black pepper is the best way to get the most out of the health benefits that turmeric has to offer.   Are you sold on turmeric?  Cool!  Then you’ll love these spicy keto zoodles because they are lightly coated with all of the above!

I love zoodles.  They taste good and they pretty much can compliment almost any meal.  When I get tired of broccoli and cauliflower, I will always go to zoodles (even I don’t make them first).  My kids love them too – go figure!

Spiralizers are dirt cheap too!  You can get the one I have (this one) for under $10!

Some people like their zucchini a bit more on the crunchy side.  I happen to like them a bit more on the mushy side.  So, I cook them a bit longer.  But it is totally up to you how long you saute them for.
