Sometimes I despise cleaning up after dinner and want to be able to cook everything in one pan or on one sheet. Crockpot, cookie sheet, I don’t care.
It turns out salmon and broccoli have the same cooking time and happen to go really well together for a tasty keto dinner.
I try to have salmon once a week to get some good, healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
Salmon can get boring though and it just needs a good spice!
The spice I use here is a recipe that hubby and I came up with as a general semi spic mixture.
Although I only use pepper for the broccoli, I bet you could use this spice mixture over the whole pan.
Hmmm….. I might need to try that next time.
Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon Filets
- 2 teaspoons Krug’s Keto Every Day Spice
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Olive Oil
- 3 bunches of Broccoli
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
The fun part:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut broccoli into bite-size chunks and line the outside of the baking sheet.
Place the salmon filets in the center of the sheet.
Paint broccoli and salmon with olive oil. Use 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Krug’s Keto Every Day Spice mix for each filet depending how large they are. Sprinkle fresh pepper onto broccoli.
Bake for 17 minutes or until done.
Serve and Enjoy!
