Keto Copycat “Chick Fil A” Sauce

Has anyone NOT had the crazy good Chick Fil A sauce? Anyone? If you haven’t, never fear, you can learn what all the craze is about without all the carbs!

Not only that, but you can also enjoy it at home with your favorite keto dippable meat!

I love making different types of keto sauce recipes. Sometimes keto can get a bit boring and the meats a bit bland. And making elaborate meat marinades all the time is a bit too much.

So if you make a good keto or low carb sauce, then you can really add some sassy flavor to your meal with minimal time investment.

I call that a win/win!

Is Chick Fil A Sauce Keto Friendly?

The Chick Fil A Sauce that you would get at an official location is certainly not keto friendly. This copycat keto Chick Fil A sauce is the perfect keto substitute for an out of this world sauce!

Copycat Chick Fil A Flavors

As we just talked about, traditional Chick Fil A Sauce is made from honey mustard, ranch, and BBQ sauce. While perfect for non keto folks, we need to do some tweaking to make it keto friendly.

The ingredients that we are working with are:

Let’s go through them! The Mayonnaise is what gives this sauce a thick and creamy texture. Feel free to experiment with your favorite kind of mayonnaise!

The mustard plus the sugar free honey is where we get the (can you guess??) the honey mustard flavor from.

Next up we have sugar free BBQ sauce of course. That is an easy one.

And finally the lemon juice. Because, well, a splash of lemon not only brings out the flavors but it ties them all together.

What to Eat With This Keto Chick Fil A Sauce?

Well, chicken nuggets of course! I’m working on a recipe for the chicken sticks (coming soon), but in the meantime, make these keto chicken nuggets or keto chicken strips and dip, dip, dip!

You can get a little crazy and even wrap some chicken nuggets in bacon and THEN dip it! These Oven Baked Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders are perfect for that!

Now, if you want something totally different, make a batch of these low carb pretzels and lather them with this tasty keto sauce!

How to Store Copycat Chick Fil A Sauce?

As with most sauces, you will want to store this keto sauce in an airtight container. I really like to use mason jars like these for my homemade sauces and dressings. Not only does it help keep them fresh, but you can also give it a good shake before using it again to mix everything up again!

You will also want to store this sauce in the refrigerator to keep it nice and cold!

How Long Will This Keto Sauce Last?

If properly stored, it will stay super fresh for at least 3-4 days. I keep it longer than that normally, but it it is rare because it disappears fast!
