This recipe makes 6 servings.
How to Make Keto Pizza Rolls
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Blend together the cheese mixture with the almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt and egg until well combined.

Place a piece of cheese stick and 6 slices of pepperoni into the center of each dough circle.

Are you wanting to meal prep some pizza rolls for future lunches and dinners? Are you wondering what to do with any leftovers? Great news! You can freeze these!
Freeze the keto pizza rolls individually for 1-2 hours and then place them together in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
When you are ready to enjoy them again, take them out of the freezer and thaw them overnight in the fridge before reheating them in the oven.
You can absolutely customize these pizza rolls! You can add any keto friendly fillings that you wish!
If you are adding meats, make sure they are cooked thoroughly first. If you are adding vegetables I suggest sautéing them beforehand. Be sure to pat dry whatever fillings you have prepared so that they don’t create sogginess in your pizza roll dough.
Sometimes the texture of dough made with almond flour can make you think you are eating a grain filled recipe, but I assure you, these keto pizza rolls are gluten free, grain free, and worry free for those of you who need to avoid those ingredients in your daily diet.
Walking through the aisles of the grocery store, you might be tempted to grab a box of pizza rolls, but trust me. Don’t do it. They are very high in carbs and packed full of unhealthy ingredients (most of which most of us couldn’t even pronounce).
These homemade pizza rolls, however, are healthy and perfect for your keto diet!
Between the prep work of about 20 minutes and the cooking time of about 20 minutes, you can expect these to be done in just 40 minutes!
The dough is most flexible immediately after you make it, so it’s best to make it right when you are making the pizza rolls. It makes it much easier!
Avoid slicing the rolls too thick to make cooking easier. Thick sliced rolls might results in undercooked dough.
If you don’t enjoy a cheese overload, be sure not to add too much extra cheese in your filling ingredients Don’t forget that the dough is made from cheese so it’s easy as for the cheese to overwhelm the roll if you add too much more.
Make sure and watch the clock closely or set a timer to make sure that you don’t overcook the rolls. Overcooking can burn it or dry them out.
These pizza rolls are great with a good dipping sauce. Here are some of my favorites:
You need to be careful with store bought marinara sauces. This keto friendly pizza sauce is a perfect, delicious dipping sauce that will keep your carbs in check!
