How to Make Keto Mud Pie
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl beat together the ingredients for the crust until well combined. Place the mixture into a well greased pie plate.

Wet your hands slightly, and press the crust into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned. Let the crust cool.
Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, cocoa powder, 1 cup sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. In a bowl that is microwave safe, heat the chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons of butter until melted and smooth.

Blend the chocolate mixture into the filling until well combined.

Spread the filling into the crust.

Beat together the whipped topping ingredients until your desired consistency has formed. Spread the whipped topping over the filling.

Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired. Chill the pie for 4 hours before serving.
