  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl beat together the ingredients for the crust until well combined.
  • Place the mixture into a well greased pie plate. Wet your hands slightly, and press the crust into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  • Let the crust cool.
  • Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, cocoa powder, 1 cup sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a bowl that is microwave safe, heat the chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons butter until melted and smooth.
  • Blend the chocolate mixture into the filling until well combined.
  • Spread the filling into the crust.
  • Beat together the whipped topping ingredients until your desired consistency has formed.
  • Spread the whipped topping over the filling.
  • Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired.
  • Chill the pie for 4 hours before serving.
