Keto Marble Bundt Cake
Have you ever noticed that people are almost always impressed by fancy desserts? You can go all out with appetizers or the main course… but if your dessert is memorable, that’s what everyone will still be talking about months later.
Rather than fight it, I say, let’s embrace it! And if you’re looking for a recipe that’s sure to impress a crowd, look no further than this gorgeous Keto marble bundt cake.
Stunning swirls of chocolate and vanilla make this pastry as beautiful as it is delicious! The combination of flavors and the moist texture are simply irresistible.
Of course, you don’t need to be cooking for a crowd to enjoy this dish. It’s great to share with family, whip up for friends, or to simply treat yourself. If you ask me, you deserve it.

Tips For Getting The Best Marble
They say that we eat first with our eyes. Thankfully, the stunning marble swirl of this cake is sure to dazzle even the most discerning gaze.
To get the marble effect, we simple mix up the batter, then transfer ⅓ of it to a different bowl and add cocoa powder. So don’t worry, you won’t have to make two separate batters!
Then, we scoop the vanilla batter into our bundt pan, add the chocolate batter, and swirl. That’s how we achieve the awesome marble pattern.
The trick is to use the tip of a butter knife to do the swirling. I like to use a zig-zag pattern and go around the pan two or three times.
The batter may still look pretty separated, but that’s okay! We don’t want to overswirl and end up mixing the flavors together.
Just have some fun with it. I mean, c’mon, what’s not fun about baking a yummy cake?

How Many Carbs In Keto Marble Bundt Cake?
I love that each slice of this cake comes out to just 4 net carbs. With how amazing it tastes, no one would ever guess it’s low-carb!
Compare that to a traditional marble bundt cake, which could have between 35-45 grams of carbohydrates depending on the recipe. That’s 10 times the amount of our low-carb version.
The trick is making a few simple ingredient swaps. By replacing sugar with low-carb sweetener and all-purpose flour with a blend of almond and coconut flour, we drastically reduce the carbs without sacrificing texture or flavor.

What To Serve With Keto Marble Bundt Cake
In the mood to go all-out and impress some dinner guests? Even if people only remember the dessert, you may as well have a well-rounded menu!
For your appetizer or side, I highly recommend Keto focaccia. The rosemary oil and tomato slices make this dish feel delightfully fancy.
Although it’s more of a holiday dish, Keto baked brie is always a crowd-pleaser. I usually start making it in the fall because I simply can’t resist.
For your main course, you can’t go wrong with Keto lemon rosemary salmon. You could also try this air fryer Keto blackened salmon recipe.
Not in the mood for seafood? Ginger pork or garlic beef tenderloin are always great options!
Can You Store Keto Bundt Cake?
That’s bold of you to assume there will be any leftovers. But if you’re lucky enough to save a few slices, then absolutely!
Store your bundt cake in an airtight container or covered in the refrigerator. I think the chilling process can sometimes improve the texture of low-carb baked goods, so you’ll be in for a treat the next day.
Just be sure to hide the leftovers under something less desirable. Sticking it behind some broccoli always works for me. Otherwise, you may open your fridge to find an empty container staring back at you.
