- Medium Size Mixing Bowl (2)
- Mixing Spatula
- Loaf Pan
- Cookie Dough Scooper

How to Make Keto Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Add the coconut milk, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, vanilla, and salt into a mixing bowl, and blend for 1 minute.

Sprinkle the xanthan gum evenly over the mixture, and blend until smooth and thickened.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.

Place the cookie dough ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.

Form the cookie dough mixture into small balls, and place into the ice cream mixture in the loaf pan.

Freeze the ice cream until firm, and then serve.
