Finally, there is a program for beginners! I remember walking into a gym for the first time and being so overwhelmed by all the equipment that I was paralyzed. I didn’t even know how to start. While For Beginners Only is not a “gym lifting” program, the analogy fits.

The same holds true when we first want to get involved in exercise and working out, especially if the program uses weights. Often there is this atmosphere of overwhelm and a tendency to NOT start. That is one reason why this program was born.

BODi is offering this amazing BODi Block that is just for beginners. A starting place. Now, don’t get me wrong, this is going to work your body and your mind and you will be left sweating! There are plenty of modifications, though, so it doesn’t matter where your starting point is, there is a modification for it all if needed!

What is a BODi Block?

Real simply, BODi Blocks are a workout structure based on periodization. There are 3 weeks of work and 1 week of recovery. It is a proven strategy for performance and outcome. BODi blocks start every first Monday of the month!

What Equipment is Needed for the Super Block For Beginners Only

The only equipment that is needed is a set of light, medium and heavy weights as well as resistance bands. You can get all this stuff easily on Amazon if you wish. The bands can be purchased through BODi, but honestly, they are cheaper on Amazon generally:

When Does For Beginners Only Start

Officially, For Beginners Only is launched and starts on March 6th, 2023. After that, BODi blocks start every first Monday of the month (officially). But you don’t have to follow that and you can do them whenever you want after the initial launch. But the first official launch is Monday, March 6th, 2023.

How to Access For Beginners Only

If you already have a BODi membership, then you are ALL SET!

If you do not have a BODi membership, then you can get one here for $179 for the ENTIRE YEAR. If this is before March 2023, make sure to choose “BOD + BODi 12-month membership”. After March 2023 that will be the only option. That is less than $15/month.
