This casserole skips the bun and focuses on what we all love most: the rich, meaty, and cheesy goodness. It’s the ultimate low-carb comfort food that doesn’t require any fancy ingredients or complicated steps.

Ingredient Swaps and Additions

One of the best things about this casserole is how adaptable it is. Here are a few ways to make it fit your preferences or pantry:

Switch the Cheeses: If you’re in the mood to mix things up, try different cheeses like pepper jack for a little heat or Swiss for a milder taste.

Change the Meat: Though ground beef is traditional, ground turkey or chicken can lighten it up, or try ground pork for a richer flavor.

Veggie Boost: For those who aren’t strictly carnivorous, adding some chopped onions, diced tomatoes, or even a handful of spinach can introduce some freshness and texture.

What to Serve with Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

To round out your meal, consider these side options that stay true to your low-carb goals:

Caeser Salad: A delicious keto Caesar salad with croutons can cut through the richness of the casserole.

Roasted Vegetables: Think beyond the casserole by roasting some broccoli or garlic asparagus for a crispy, caramelized side.

Cauliflower Mash: For a comfort food duo, serve your casserole with a side of creamy keto cauliflower mash.

Whether you’re feeding a family or looking for delicious leftovers, this keto cheeseburger casserole delivers. It’s comforting, filling, and keeps those carbs in check.
