Mozzarella cheese

cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat until cooked through. Drain any excess grease. Let the meat cool slightly.
Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl with the large eggs, bacon and ½ cup each of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture into a 9x9 baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
