What To Serve With Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

If you know me, you know how much I love avocado. From cutting big slices for a salad to smashing it up for guacamole, I can never get enough.

So it’s probably no surprise that I love serving my cauliflower bites with some guacamole for dipping. The cool, creamy avocado balances the kick of the buffalo sauce PERFECTLY.

I like to make my one-minute Keto guacamole with a vegan sour cream (or coconut milk). But if you have a guacamole recipe you like, feel free to use that.

I also recommend serving buffalo cauliflower bites with some extra celery on the side, just in case the heat is too much for anyone. Plus, who doesn’t love cool celery with hot and crispy finger foods?

Do I Have To Use Buffalo Sauce For This Recipe?

Did you know that buffalo sauce gets its name from Buffalo, New York? So rest easy — no buffalos were harmed in the making of this recipe.

However, if buffalo sauce just isn’t your thing, that’s quite alright! You can easily substitute your favorite hot sauce in its place.

Looking for a completely different flavor profile? Feel free to have some fun creating your own sauce!

For a sweet Asian-inspired flavor, try mixing together some chili garlic sauce, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), ginger, and vegan honey. Top with sesame seeds and chopped scallions to serve.

Want to add a little tang? Try mixing up balsamic vinegar, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), fresh garlic, and maple syrup for a delicious burst of flavor.

Love barbeque sauce? My Keto BBQ sauce recipe is smoky, tangy, with a little zing and a subtle sweetness! It would be great for coating cauliflower bites.

When it comes to vegan cauliflower bites, there’s no shortage of combinations to try. So go ahead and get creative!

Can I Store Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Bites?

You bet! Any leftover bites can be placed in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.

When it comes to reheating your bites, I do NOT recommend using the microwave. This will make them super soggy, which we don’t want.

Instead, I think the best way to reheat them is the same way that we cooked them. Just pop your buffalo bites back in the oven at 425 degrees until they’re hot and crispy, then enjoy!
