Is Soy Sauce Gluten Free?
If you are celiac or sensitive to gluten, be sure to note that soy sauce is typically not gluten free. Many people do not know this about soy sauce so I thought it was worth mentioning.
However, I always use soy sauce substitutes such as No Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos.
Is Soy Sauce Keto Friendly?
This particular recipe specifically calls for gluten free soy sauce, but soy sauce can generally be used on a keto diet as it contains less than 1 gram of carbs per tablespoon.
Can You Have Noodles on Keto?
Most of us know that noodles are typically a really big no-no on a keto diet. Pasta products often have 40+ carbs per serving, which is obviously not going to work on a low carb diet.
Luckily we have options! If you want to enjoy noodles on keto, you can make noodles out of veggies, like in this Almond Pesto Zucchini Noodles recipe, or another option is Miracle Noodles.
Miracle Noodles are made from the root of the konjac plant, which is low carb, grain free, and has been a staple in Asian cooking for over a thousand years. Miracle Noodles are great because they absorb and take on the flavor of whatever you are cooking them with, which is why this recipe is so flavorful!
If you haven’t yet tried these kinds of noodles, you might find yourself quite surprised by their taste and texture. They are delicious!
This keto fried noodle recipe makes 4 servings and has just 2 net carbs per serving. Absolutely perfect for enjoying your dinner while keeping your carb count down.
Is This Soy Sauce Noodles Recipe Difficult to Make?
