Keto Peppermint Whipped Cream
I was making a dessert for St. Patricks Day. Or rather, I should say I was creating one for St. Patricks Day.
Remember those Grasshopper type desserts? I think they may have been frozen desserts perhaps? Anyway, I wanted to make something similar to that but with peppermint flavored whipped cream. If you want to peek at what I made, check out my Mint Chocolate Cream Cups!
So, what’s a recipe creator to do? Create one!
It was pretty easy, I mean there are NOT many ingredients in keto homemade whipped cream. So it isn’t like I slaved over it all day.
BUT, getting the peppermint flavor just right is important. I wanted it subtle and not too overwhelming.

Kitchen Essentials
Hand beaters – this is a MUST! You simply cannot make homemade *whipped* cream without, well, whipping it!
It is kind of a tedious process, but you cannot skip the step otherwise your whipped cream will simply never get fluffy!

Sweeteners and Flavors
For a sweetener, I chose just a smidge of Lakanto Monkfruit. This is probably my favorite sweetener as of late. Followed closely by erythritol. Which, for the most part, these two can be interchangeable.
And of course, peppermint! You can’t skimp on this one since this is a Keto PEPPERMINT Whipped Cream recipe after all. I found mine at Natural Grocers, but it is also available on Amazon.
