Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
Add almond flour, powdered sweetener, butter and sea salt to a food processor and pulse several times until combined.
Add mixture to baking dish and press down evenly.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Pecan Layer
Meanwhile, add butter and granular sweetener to a medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil and allow to brown without stirring until it reaches a deep caramel color, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and golden monkfruit.
Add pecans to the crust in an even layer. Pour sauce over the pecans evenly.
Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until the sauce bubbles.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
