  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Add almond flour, powdered sweetener, butter and sea salt to a food processor and pulse several times until combined.
  • Add mixture to baking dish and press down evenly.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Pecan Layer

  • Meanwhile, add butter and granular sweetener to a medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil and allow to brown without stirring until it reaches a deep caramel color, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and golden monkfruit.
  • Add pecans to the crust in an even layer. Pour sauce over the pecans evenly.
  • Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until the sauce bubbles.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
