This has to be one of the most simple meals on the planet! Are you ready for it? Get your Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker ready and add apple cider vinegar, chicken stock and minced garlic to the pot.
Remove corned beef from the package and sprinkle seasoning on whichever side floats your boat.
Place the trivet into the pot and place the beef on top of it, fat side up or down (depending on preference).
Put the lid on and set it to pressure cook for 90 minutes. Slow release or quick release, up to you. Cut, serve, and watch everyone enjoy this tender beef dinner!

- 1 corned beef
- 1 packet of spices comes with corned beef
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic can be dried
Instructions
- Open spice pack and add to top of corned beef. Press down so it sticks.
- Cut beef in half if it is too big to fit into Instant Pot sideways.
- Add apple cider vinegar, chicken stock, and garlic to Instant Pot.
- Place the rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot and add corned beef.
- Place on meat setting and pressure cook for 90 minutes.
- Slow release or quick release and serve!
