Keto Foods to Avoid
Sometimes when we start a keto diet, it can be overwhelming. We have no idea what keto foods to avoid and what keto foods to eat.
We ask ourselves and other people:
What can I eat?
What can’t I eat?
Is this keto?
Do count net carbs or total carbs?
Sometimes the easier way is to simply be told what you CANNOT eat and then go from there.
Obviously, there are many more non-keto food items than listed here, but these are the heavy hitters and the most common foods that people eat before starting a keto diet.
