This sauce does not need an introduction other than this is THE BEST creation my hubby and I have ever made.
I could just leave it at that, and I mostly will, but I cannot stop the rave about this sauce.

I’ve used this on so many meats! Mainly pork and flank steak, however.

Flavors
Coconut Aminos – We like to use coconut aminos instead of liquid aminos or soy sauce. We attempt to stay away from soy (mostly, we have organic tofu on occasion) and we most definitely stay away from gluten at all costs!
Hot and Sweet – We mix a touch of hotness and a touch of sweetness in this sauce. Just enough to activate all those wonderful tastebuds all at the same time!
Spices – if you don’t already know about the benefits of ginger and turmeric – oh boy, you are in for a surprise! Check out their benefits and how I use them in my keto anti-inflammatory concoction!

Note
This works really well when you let the meat marinade in this sauce a while. Really let it pick up the amazing flavor.
We like to save some sauce that we don’t marinate the meat in a set it off to the side. Then once we are done grilling, we pour a little more over the top before serving!

Keto Awesome Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan sea salt
- 7 drops liquid stevia
- 3 splashes hot sauce
Instructions
- Mix everything together.
- Marinade meat or store in an air tight container in the fridge!

What is the first ingredient. It just says 2 teaspoon
ACK!!! This is my most popular sauce because people LOVE IT! I just imported all my recipes into a new software and there were a few that didn’t translate in properly. I thought I had caught them all, but this one slipped through. I will have to remake it shortly (probably tomorrow) to validate. My guess is that the missing ingredients are ginger and water, but I need to validate. I no longer have access to the original version (grrr..) THANK YOU for bringing to my attention. I’ll fix it shortly.
