Keto Budget Peanut Sauce
I titled this “Budget Peanut Sauce” because finding a peanut sauce that is keto friendly is rather difficult and generally expensive.
Now I know “they” say that peanut butter is off limits for strict keto, but I buy organic, natural (the kind you have to stir), no sugar added, etc.. kind and I personally think its fine.
My favorite brand is Adam’s Organic Natural Peanut Butter.
This recipe makes about 1.5 cups and you can store it in your fridge for 1-2 weeks. You’ll have to mix it up before each use.
Flavors
Peanut – Of course, peanut is the main flavor. Do not expect a sweet flavor as keto peanut butter is rather dull and not sweet. So you’ll get a more peanut flavor than traditional peanut butter.
Spices– Cumin is the best of all spices! Well, maybe not the best, but certainly one of the most versatile. You can put it on meat, in sauces, just about anything.
Liquid Aminos and Sesame Oil – Here is the fun part. This is what sets this peanut sauce apart from all the others. Together, this provides quite a unique twist.

The 3rd ingredient on the list says 2 Tablespoons, but doesn’t say of what. I assume it is so sauce, but wanted to make sure. Thanks for the recipe! I am looking forward to trying it!
Yes! I use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, but any of those are acceptable (liquid aminos too) depending on your preference!
