The Ultimate Keto Breakfast Sandwich

One of the things I ALWAYS have on hand is my favorite Keto Buns.  I made a batch every few days and they are a lifesaver at times.  They go with everything and are literally the perfect compliment to any snack or meal.

I also make a batch of bacon every few days as well.  I usually don’t have more than 1 piece a day, but they are another nice thing to have on hand!

I get sick of the regular keto egg breakfast, so sometimes just rearranging the same things can make for a delicious breakfast.

This one is super simple and just uses regular ingredients – nothing exotic!

Ingredients:

1 keto bun

1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

2 large eggs

1/4 cup block cheddar cheese, shredded

1 slice of perfectly baked bacon

1/2 avocado, sliced or mashed

The fun part:

Make sure your keto bun and bacon are prepared according to instructions.

Heat coconut oil in small pan and cook eggs to your liking.  I like to scramble them in the pan and cook them until not runny anymore.

Piece together your masterpiece!  I layered bacon, then egg, then cheese, then avocado!
