Staple Keto Chicken Drumsticks
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!
Chicken Drumsticks are a staple in my house. I stock up at Costco and then once a week we have some variation of drumsticks for dinner.
This week we tried a different marinade and it was a hit! My house seriously smelled amazing while these were cooking. I’m pretty sure I spent 60 minutes salivating….
The coconut oil is an important ingredient so don’t substitute that out for something like butter (which I tried one time and it didn’t work). The coconut oil helps seal in some moisture so that they don’t dry out.
I also like to line my nice baking sheets which I cook meat in the oven so that they don’t get ruined. Plus I don’t like cooking my cookies on the same sheets that meat has touched. I know… I’m weird!
Enjoy!
