In a microwave safe bowl, add the milk chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted. Holding the strawberries at the top by the stem, dip them into the chocolate.
Then place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Do this for a total of 8 of the strawberries (or as many as you’d like)

Using the remaining white chocolate, drizzle some of it over the milk chocolate dipped strawberries.

Are Strawberries Keto Friendly?
Yes, strawberries are generally considered to be keto-friendly. They are relatively low in carbs, with about 8 grams of net carbs per cup of sliced strawberries. And while that might seem high, a cup is a LOT!
However, it’s still important to keep in mind that it’s possible to eat too many carbs, even from keto-friendly foods, if you’re trying to follow a ketogenic diet. It’s a good idea to track your carb intake to ensure that you’re staying within the recommended range for your personal nutrition goals.

Tips for Making the Best Keto Chocolate Covered Strawberries
While it seems like this tasty treat would be delicious no matter what, here are some tips for making the best keto chocolate covered strawberries.
Be Picky About Your Berries
When choosing your strawberries, be sure to pick ripe strawberries that are bright red with minimal white spots. Also avoid any strawberries that have soft spots or discoloration as they will be mushy and not taste very good.
Rinse Your Strawberries
Be sure and rinse the strawberries very well before making your keto chocolate covered strawberries. Not only is this an important step for rinsing away any pesticides or residues, but it will also remove any dirt or leaves, etc that would affect the chocolate.
Thoroughly Dry Each Strawberry
If your strawberries have any added moisture, it will cause the chocolate to become lumpy and not set up correctly.
Do Not Microwave Longer than 30 Seconds
Do not, I repeat, do not walk away from your microwave during this step. It is imperative that you do not microwave your chocolate for longer than 30 seconds at a time. Chocolate burns very easily and becomes hardened when it is overheated.
How to Decorate Chocolate Covered Strawberries
In addition to the dipped chocolate, you can add toppings or decor to your sugar free chocolate covered strawberries. Keep in mind though that the toppings you choose may add to the net carb count of the strawberries. Here are some of my favorite toppings to add.
Sea Salt
Great if you are a salty sweet fan!
Sugar Free Sprinkles
Sprinkles add a pop of color and are lots of fun.
Crushed Peanuts
You can add some protein to the mix by adding crushed peanuts or almonds.
Sugar Free Chocolate
Yes, I know they are already covered in chocolate, but who doesn’t want more chocolate, am I right? You can top them with drizzled sugar free white or milk chocolate for added look and taste.
How to Store Sugar Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Sugar free chocolate covered strawberries should be eaten the same day that they are made (strawberries break down too quickly for them to taste the same if they are stored for too long).
It’s best to keep them in an airtight container on the counter, although if it is too hot in your home, you can put them in the refrigerator to prevent the chocolate from melting.
