Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse and dry the strawberries completely.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the milk chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
Holding the strawberries at the top by the stem, dip them into the chocolate. Then place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Do this for a total of 8 of the strawberries (or as many as you’d like)
Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the white chocolate chips.
Add the sugar free sprinkles to the top of the white chocolate dipped strawberries.
Using the remaining white chocolate, drizzle some of it over the milk chocolate dipped strawberries.
Let the berries rest until the chocolate has set and then serve.
