Keto Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 16 whole strawberries
  • 1 cup keto milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup keto white chocolate chips
  • Sugar free sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse and dry the strawberries completely.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add the milk chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
  • Holding the strawberries at the top by the stem, dip them into the chocolate. Then place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Do this for a total of 8 of the strawberries (or as many as you’d like)
  • Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the white chocolate chips.
  • Add the sugar free sprinkles to the top of the white chocolate dipped strawberries.
  • Using the remaining white chocolate, drizzle some of it over the milk chocolate dipped strawberries.
  • Let the berries rest until the chocolate has set and then serve.
