Keto Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta is one of those delicious desserts that is really not that common. And not only that, but when you look at it, it reminds you of that jello blob that from the kid movie Monsters Vs. Aliens. Ok, not really, but a little….

Let me tell you, though, that no matter how it LOOKS, it tastes amazing. The texture is unique, not rubbery, and simply pleasing.

This keto panna cotta is a fun dessert because you can make the base dessert and then make each topping different. So whether it is just you, your family or a party, you can make something for everyone!

What is Panna Cotta?

The best way I can describe Panna Cotta is to say it is like a gelatin pudding. Imagine pudding, and then imagine a gelatin consistency. The best of both worlds really.

Firm, yet soft. And totally delicious!

How to Store Keto Panna Cotta?

I like to simply keep the unused portions in the dessert cups, cover them, and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Definitely cover and definitely keep cold!

What Topping to Use?

I am preferable to a sauce. A berry sauce to be precise. But this dessert is so versatile that you really can have some fun with the topping and dress it up for just about any taste. As I said, I do find that a berry sauce complements this easy keto dessert the best, but it is not the only option.

Here is a quick and easy sauce option to spice up your keto panna cotta!
