Sugar Free Fudge
Who loves chocolatey, ooey, gooey fudge? What about vegan, low carb, gluten and sugar free too? Um, yes please!
At the time of writing this, we are headed out of the holiday season and just rounded the corner from pumpkin to fudge! I love fudge like most of the rest of the planet. But I’ve mostly stopped eating fudge in recent years as I don’t eat anything with added sugar anymore. And coming across some delicious fudge that doesn’t have added sugar is rare.
So, what’s a girl to do? Create the BEST gluten free, vegan, sugar free fudge on the planet!

Toppings for Sugar Free Fudge
Ooooh! The fun part! Some of my favorite toppings for this vegan, sugar free fudge are:
And I’ve even been known to throw some extra almond butter on top! Get creative with your toppings!

Is Sugar Free Fudge Keto?
Well, that is debatable. And most people would say no due to the banana in the ingredients list. But I am not one of those people who rejects ingredients (unless it is gluten, of course).
At the end of the day, a banana is a perfectly healthy, higher carb fruit. If using a banana in a recipe that is divided into SIXTEEN servings fits into your macros for the day – then have at it! I don’t think eating 1/16th of a banana is going to break the keto bank.
Keto aside, these are most certainly low carb and completely healthy. Each piece is only 7 net carbs which most definitely fits into a healthy, low carb lifestyle.
Now, if you aren’t strict keto, then you definitely need to try this healthy coconut oil fudge!

How to Store Fudge
You will definitely want to store this sugar free fudge in the freezer. Do not leave these out on the counter for too long! When you are all done having your delicious desserts, just package these up in an air tight container and stick them in the fridge or freezer!
Freezer is best, but for shorter times – the refrigerator will work.

How to Make Sugar Free Fudge
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds.

Stir and microwave for another 15-30 seconds. Repeat until melted. (You can also melt it over the stove if you’d prefer. That is generally how I do it).
Chocolate can also be melted on the stove over low heat in a saucepan. Be careful not to burn it.
Add almond butter, melted chocolate, vanilla and mashed banana to a medium bowl. Mix well.

Combine chocolate and almond butter mixture and mix well.

Add to baking dish. Freeze until firm ( about 2 hours). Slice and enjoy.
