With a Master's Degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine and high level certifications in Holistic Iridology, her single mission in life is to facilitate self healing in herself and those around her through awareness and lifestyle shifts. Dealing with several autoimmune conditions, she discovered low carb eating and quickly realized the positive effect on her health. She spent the next decade deep in research and found a love for creating and sharing low carb recipes.
