Ingredients
  

French Toast

  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare bread as instructed here.
  • Once cooled, begin warming up frying pan or griddle over medium to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream and cinnamon.
  • Add butter to your warmed pan.
  • Dip/dunk a slice of keto bread into your cinnamon egg mixture and cook in the frying pan. About 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Top with your choice of topping!
