Instructions
Cook Garlic Gnocchi according to instructions, keep warm.
Saute chicken in large pan or wok for about 10 minute.
Meanwhile, warm olive oil in a separate pan. Add vegetables and saute for 10 minutes as well.
Add vegetables, spices, and salsa to large pan with chicken. Mix well and continue cooking until chicken is done.
For the last minute, add garlic gnocchi and mix well with chicken mixture.
Serve warm!
