I use no-sugar added Shakeology

unsweetened almond milk
more or less depending on desired consistency

teaspoon
vanilla

drops of liquid monkfruit or stevia
Instructions
Add heavy whipping cream to a small bowl and beat with hand beaters until soft peaks form.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Serve on its own or topped with whipped cream, berries or chocolate chips.
