Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake, and blend until smooth.
Layer the batter evenly into a well-greased 9x9 baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumb topping, and blend with a fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cake batter in the baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and cooked through.
