bone in and skin on chicken thighs

olive oil

teaspoons
minced garlic

tablespoons
sugar free honey
Juice from ½ a lemon
2
teaspoons
dried thyme
½
teaspoon
onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients to a Ziploc bag and shake to combine.
Marinate the chicken in the bag for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Place the marinaded chicken into a 9x13 baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and completely cooked through
