  • If using frozen strawberries, microwave them for about 1 minute to soften.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into 8 popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours or until fully solid.
  • To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
