Keto friendly sweetener of choice to taste
Optional homemade keto whipped cream
Instructions
Place the heavy whipping cream, almond milk and water into a saucepan over medium heat on the stove.
Whisk in the cocoa powder and any keto friendly sweetener to taste that you wish to use.
Heat the mixture until it is simmering slowly, but do not boil.
Remove the mixture from the heat, and whisk in the vanilla and chocolate chips until they are melted completely.
Stir in the 4 shots of bourbon, and pour evenly into four glasses or small mugs. Serve topped with sugar free whipped cream if desired.
