  • Place the heavy whipping cream, almond milk and water into a saucepan over medium heat on the stove.
  • Whisk in the cocoa powder and any keto friendly sweetener to taste that you wish to use.
  • Heat the mixture until it is simmering slowly, but do not boil.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat, and whisk in the vanilla and chocolate chips until they are melted completely.
  • Stir in the 4 shots of bourbon, and pour evenly into four glasses or small mugs. Serve topped with sugar free whipped cream if desired.
