coconut aminos
or soy sauce

arrowroot
or cornstarch
Firecracker Sauce
1/2
cup
hot sauce
such as Frank’s

Sriracha
1/2
cup
sugar free honey

tablespoon
coconut aminos
or soy sauce

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
2
teaspoons
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
sesame oil
1
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Fried Cauliflower Rice
3
cups
of cauliflower rice
1
cup
diced or grated carrots
1
cup
frozen peas and carrots
1
tablespoon
coconut aminos
or soy sauce
1
tablespoon
Sriracha
2-3
teaspoons
sesame oil
3
eggs
beaten
green onions and or sesame seeds for garnishing
Instructions
Tofu
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the tofu, oil, soy sauce, and arrowroot together.
Place the tofu onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 22-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Sauce
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour into a saucepan.
Cook on medium heat until sauce thickens. Set aside.
Fried Cauliflower Rice
Heat oil over medium heat.
Add the peas and carrots to sauté. Cook for 3-4 mins.
Add the cauliflower, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Saute until the cauliflower is cooked
through and slightly softened.
Create a well in the middle of the cauliflower mixture.
Add a teaspoon of the sesame oil and the eggs, and gently stir until eggs are
scrambled.
Mix into the rest of the rice.
Serve the cauliflower rice warm in a bowl, topped with tofu and green onions.
